Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content and destinations

You may not list, link to, or promote:

• Phishing pages, credential harvesting, or any site impersonating another organisation.
• Malware, unwanted software, or drive-by downloads.
• Scams, fraudulent investment schemes, fake goods or deceptive financial products.
• Content that is unlawful in the jurisdictions where it is offered.
• Sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors, under any circumstances.
• Content that harasses, threatens or incites violence against a person or group.
• Deceptive redirects, cloaking, or destinations that differ from what the listing describes.
• Services that exist primarily to violate another platform’s terms, such as engagement farming or credential resale.

2. Honest representation

Your listing must accurately describe what a visitor will find at the destination.

You may not impersonate another business, use a competitor’s name to divert their traffic, or imply an affiliation or endorsement you do not have.

You may not claim that Outranked.me endorses, certifies or ranks you anywhere other than Outranked.me.

3. Manipulation

You may not attempt to manipulate the Platform. Specifically:

• Do not generate artificial clicks on your own or any other listing.
• Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or referral rules.
• Do not use payment instruments you are not authorised to use.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the ranking calculation by any means other than paying.

4. Enforcement

We may remove a listing, suspend an account, or refuse future payments for a breach of this policy.

Serious breaches, particularly fraud and phishing, are reported to the relevant payment provider and, where appropriate, to law enforcement.
